Then, after both bands stopped playing for the night, Brian and company came back upstairs and asked the Del Vikings to play the song again. Unbeknownst to the Dels Brian and company recorded the song. Richard said he even saw the recored but thought nothing of it. Two weeks to the day, Catch A Wave was on the charts. Richard heard the song and could not believe it. But, because he had not copywrited the song, there was nothing he could do.

chuck48ful is a loser. You can only steal someones music if you make it sound worse than the origional. In catch a wave this sounds better. haha
